BKN is a global animation company engaged in the creation, development, production, distribution
and marketing of animated television series and films. The Company owns the sixth largest global
library of animation consisting of 76 different titles and 1,909 episodes or films licensed in more than
95 countries and dubbed in approximately 30 languages and dialects. Formed in 2000, the Company is
publicly quoted in London and Frankfurt.

The Company is launching a slate of high quality animated films produced in
both traditional 2D and Computer Graphic Imagery (3D or CGI). These classic titles and well-known stories,
produced in a modern technology for the first time ever, will offer children and their parents access to
wonderful family entertainment with original songs and music.

Titles will debut as direct-to-DVD followed by television airings on pay and free TV. In some cases and
markets, the DVD release will be preceded by a limited theatrical release. In addition the company will
also be launching four TV series on DVD as detailed in the Release Schedule.
